Megan Chavarria, MSN, FNP-C
Megan Chavarria is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with deep roots in the Hobbs community. After years of clinical experience across multiple specialties, she founded LIVe Well Medical & Wellness to bring comprehensive, personalized healthcare to the community she calls home.
Her background spans primary care, pain management, emergency nursing, pediatrics, women's health, and nursing education — giving her a uniquely broad perspective that she brings to every patient encounter. As a STAT-trained provider, she is also qualified to perform autism screenings for children approximately 24–48 months of age.
Megan's approach is simple: treat every patient as a whole person, not just a diagnosis. She takes time to listen, educate, and partner with her patients to build lasting health — whether that means managing a chronic condition, supporting a wellness goal, or simply being there for a sick visit.

Primary Care
Comprehensive outpatient care for patients of all ages, from acute illness to long-term health management.
Pain Management
Evidence-based approaches to chronic and acute pain, including non-pharmcologic management and alternative therapies.
Pediatrics
Acute illness visits, sports physicals, and developmental concerns. We also offer STAT autism screening for children ages 24–48 months when a parent or caregiver has concerns about their child’s development or behavior.
Women's Health
Gynecologic care, Pap smears, hormonal health, and preventive screenings tailored to women at every life stage.

We are currently accepting new patients and welcome both insurance and cash-pay patients. Our clinic offers a full range of primary care services alongside specialized wellness offerings — all under one roof, close to home.
